Hourly Rate: $238.20

Out-of-Pocket / Gap Fees: Full fee, minus any rebate provided by your private health fund.

Key Details: On-the-spot claiming is available via HICAPS for clients with applicable private health extras cover. Please check with your health fund prior to your appointment to confirm your specific rebate amount.

Recognised Health Funds: Legacy Allied Health is a Recognised Provider for all major Australian private health funds. If you have ‘ancillary’ or ‘extras’ cover, you can claim your rebate on-the-spot at our clinic. Our clients regularly claim rebates from Bupa, Medibank and ahm, HBF, HCF, nib Health Insurance, Teachers Health / UniHealth, and all other funds operating under the Australian Health Service Alliance.

Hourly Rate: $238.20

Out-of-Pocket / Gap Fees: Gap fee applies (typically approximately $140–$180 per session, depending on Medicare rebate rates).

Key Details: Requires a valid referral from your GP. You pay the full fee at the time of your appointment, and we can process your rebate directly back to your account.

• Speech Pathology: 10970

• Occupational Therapy: 10958

Hourly Rate: $192

Out-of-Pocket / Gap Fees: $0 (Fully covered by your NDIS plan funding).

Pricing Details: Rates and travel limits are set strictly in accordance with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. Travel is charged at $96.00/hr plus $1.00/km for non-labour travel costs where applicable.

Referral Details: Legacy Allied Health are able to provide supports for plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants. Please inform your therapist if you or the person you represent have an NDIS plan prior to your first appointment. At your first appointment you will be required to sign a service agreement in accordance with NDIS guidelines. For more information visit the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

Payment Terms: Clients or plan managers will be sent an invoice following the completion of the associate service, with full payment due within 21 days.

Key Details: Invoices are billed directly to your case manager, insurer, or scheme administrator once claim approval is verified. Prior approval and claim details are required before your first session.

RTWSA Referral Details: Legacy Allied Health is able to provide assessment and treatment services for individuals recovering from a work-related injury or condition under a compensable Return to Work SA claim. Prior to scheduling your first appointment, please provide your claims manager's details, your employer's information, and your approved claim number to our team.

Payment Terms: Invoices are typically sent directly to your case manager or insurer, meaning there are usually no out-of-pocket gap fees for accepted claims. Full payment is due within 21 days.

Key Details: Services can be accessed using funding allocated through your Support at Home package. To initiate care, please provide your My Aged Care referral code or have your Care Manager contact us directly to establish a service agreement. Depending on your package rules, contribution parameters, and specific provider arrangements, some out-of-pocket costs or gap fees may apply.

Services Available: Legacy Allied Health is able to provide occupational therapy, home safety assessment, and assistive technology assessments for individuals navigating the My Aged Care system.
