Medicolegal Occupational Therapy Reports

At Legacy Allied Health, our expert occupational therapists provide a range of medicolegal reports that serve as important documents for legal cases and administrative appeals, including those for the NDIA Administrative Appeals Tribunal. These reports are based on detailed functional assessments generally conducted in the client’s home environment, ensuring an accurate and thorough understanding of the individual’s abilities and needs. We offer multiple levels of reports tailored to various complexities and requirements. Each report is meticulously prepared to support legal proceedings and administrative appeals, providing clear, evidence-based insights into the client's functional abilities and care needs.
