Our Senior Speech Pathologist

Caitlin supports children and families through a holistic, strengths-based approach that places relationships, safety, and joy at the heart of her therapy. Drawing on her background as a Registered Nurse and her Postgraduate qualification in Speech Pathology, she brings a deep understanding of whole-child care and family-centred practice. Caitlin is passionate about providing therapy through a playful and neuro-affirming lens, ensuring children and their families feel valued, supported, and confident throughout their journey.

With clinical interests in early intervention, speech sound development, language, neuro-affirming social communication, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), Caitlin works collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams to create meaningful, individualised support. She is driven to empowering families to feel confident in supporting their child’s communication and advocating for their needs, recognising that the most meanignful progress happens when everyone is working together.

Outside of her clinical work, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her partner and two teenage children, getting out in nature, road trips, cross-stitching, and rewatching her favourite TV shows. Looking ahead, she is passionate about contributing to the growth of the profession through mentoring and supervision of student and graduate speech pathologists, and is a lifelong learner committed to ongoing professional development. She values being part of a team that keeps individuals and families at the forefront of care.
