Meet our Team
Natalie
Co-Founder | Principal Speech Pathologist
Natalie empowers children and teenagers to communicate effectively and confidently, irrespective of speech, language, social, or emotional challenges. She strengthens understanding of communication development by listening to each child’s unique story, helping families and educators clearly recognise their needs, and translating these into practical, evidence-based supports.
With expertise in speech sound disorders, language impairments, social communication and pragmatic skills, emotional awareness and regulation, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), Natalie works closely with children, their families, schools and childcares to create strategies that support growth and connection.
Beyond her clinical caseload, Natalie delivers education sessions in childcare centres and schools, equipping parents and educators with the tools and knowledge they need to support children’s communication and social-emotional development. She is passionate about ensuring every child has the opportunity to be heard, understood, and confident in their interactions.
